How can we help you decorate your tree?

To restore your VIP Pass without being charged again:

1. Launch Decorate the Tree on your device.
2. Tap the VIP button or open the game Settings modal.
3. Tap “Restore Purchases”.
4. When prompted, authenticate with the Apple ID used to make the original purchase. Your ad-free pass will activate immediately.

Because all iOS transactions are processed exclusively through Apple Media Services and StoreKit, developers do not have access to your payment accounts or receipts. To request a refund:

Unlike traditional match-3 games where matched tiles simply disappear, matches in Decorate the Tree physically generate 3D flying ornament projectiles that arc through 3D SceneKit space and attach directly to the evergreens beside the board!

When you complete the level's ornament quota, the Grand Star Topper drops onto the puzzle board. Guide the star to the bottom row to send it flying onto the very peak of the evergreen, unleashing the celebratory Tree Lighting Ceremony with glowing fairy lights and fireworks!

• Ribbon Rocket (Match 4 in a line): Sweeps across an entire row or column with holiday ribbon.
• Holiday Popper (Match in an L or T shape): 3x3 explosive blast scattering festive glitter and clearing obstacles.
• Disco Star (Match 5 in a row): Iridescent prism that clears all tiles of a chosen ornament color.
• Sugarplum Cascade (Swap Disco Star + Disco Star): Wipes the entire board and triggers a mega-decorating frenzy!

• 🪄 Fairy Light Beam: Tap any stubborn row to clear it instantly with a glowing ribbon of lights.
• ❄️ Snowglobe Shuffle: Mixes and shuffles all current tiles on the board without consuming a move.
• 🔨 Nutcracker Smash: Smashes any single stubborn tile, ice block, or tinsel anywhere on the grid.

If you run out of moves near the climax of a stage, you can voluntarily watch a short holiday sponsor clip to receive Santa's Second Chance (+5 extra moves). You can also watch rewarded clips to double your collected ornaments or receive free pre-level boosters. Rewarded ads are 100% voluntary, and VIP Pass holders enjoy these bonuses without viewing ads.

• Frosted Blue Spruce: Glistening silvery needles, falling snow, and crystalline icicles.
• Candy Cane Forest: Peppermint striped trunk and sugary holiday gumdrops.
• Crystal Glass: Prismatic glass branches with refractive holiday lighting.

Decorate the Tree is built in native SwiftUI and SceneKit (Metal 3D accelerated). It supports all iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 16.0 or later, including iOS 17 and iOS 18.
