How to Restore In-App Purchases on iOS:

If you reinstalled the app or are using a new iPhone or iPad, follow these simple steps to restore your access:

  1. Ensure your iOS device is signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
  2. Launch the Tilly - The Smart Elf app.
  3. Tap the gold "Pass" banner in the header, or open your Profile menu.
  4. Scroll down and tap the "Restore Purchase" button.
  5. Apple will verify your receipt and immediately reactivate your Season Pass with no additional charge.

Refunds & Billing Inquiries:

All iOS purchases are billed and managed directly through Apple Media Services. As app developers, we do not store credit card details or have access to Apple billing accounts. To request a refund or review purchases, visit Apple's official portal at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy, Data Control & Account Deletion

Guest Mode by Default

No account or personal email is required to use Tilly. All budget envelopes and gift items are stored locally in your device's private sandbox.

Reset to Clean Slate

You can wipe all local and synced envelopes and exchanges at any time by tapping your Profile avatar > "Reset to Clean Slate".

Account Deletion Requests

If you signed in with an email/Google account and wish to permanently delete your cloud account and all records, email [email protected] with subject "Delete Account".
